How To Book

  1. Select the package you’re interested in.

  2. Choose your event date and time using our availability calendar.

  3. Complete the booking form with your event details to reserve your booking. Your card is saved securely
    but not charged yet.

  4. Our team will review your booking to confirm:

    • No additional travel fees apply

    • No idle time fees / early starts are required

    • Your event date and timeframe are fully compatible

    • Any unclear details are confirmed before approval

  5. Once everything is confirmed, we approve your booking and charge your card a 50% deposit to secure the date.

We reply within 24 hours, often much sooner.
