Yes — the experience is extremely simple. The iPad is designed to show clear prompts, we provide signage and our attendant will encourage and direct guests throughout the event.

Setup takes approximately 30 minutes but we always arrive at least one hour before our booked start time.

If your venue requires us to set up earlier than our standard 1-hour arrival window (for example, before guests arrival), an idle fee of $75 per hour applies. This covers the time we are required to remain onsite before your booked coverage begins.

We only require a small 1.5m x 1.5m area — just enough room for the video booth stand, lighting and microphone stand for guests to stand in front of.

We work closely with your venue and coordinators to ensure the video booth is positioned neatly and does not interfere with the floor plan, catering, DJ, photobooth or other vendors.
