Using one professionally hosted booth, the experience transitions from a Photo Booth earlier in the event to a Video Guestbook later on, once guests are relaxed and ready to speak.

FAQs

  • Most weddings receive 50 — 100+ video messages, depending on the guest count and how interactive the crowd is. Larger weddings often produce even more.

  • Yes — the experience is extremely simple. The iPad is designed to show clear prompts, we provide signage and our attendant will encourage and direct guests throughout the event.

  • Setup takes approximately 30 minutes but we always arrive at least one hour before our booked start time.

    If your venue requires us to set up earlier than our standard 1-hour arrival window (for example, before guests arrival), an idle fee of $75 per hour applies. This covers the time we are required to remain onsite before your booked coverage begins.

  • We only require a small 1.5m x 1.5m area — just enough room for the video booth stand, lighting and microphone stand for guests to stand in front of.

    We work closely with your venue and coordinators to ensure the video booth is positioned neatly and does not interfere with the floor plan, catering, DJ, photobooth or other vendors.

  • Not at all. We use soft, flattering studio lighting designed to blend into your wedding aesthetic seamlessly. The light is warm, gentle, and creates a beautiful, cinematic look without overpowering the room.


    Our attendant will be onsite to monitor and adjust the lighting throughout the night, ensuring the brightness, angle and exposure stay perfect as the room changes. This guarantees your guests always look their best on camera.

  • Yes. Travel within 40km of Sydney CBD is included. Locations outside our radius may incur travel fees depending on the distance.

  • Essentials : 2 — 3 weeks

    Signature : 1 — 2 weeks (priority edit)

    Diamond: 5 — 7 days (express turnaround).

  • Yes — all Timeless Takes bookings require an attendant.

    Because we use professional DSLR equipment, studio lighting, audio settings, and a guided recording interface, having an attendant ensures everything runs smoothly and looks perfect from start to finish.
